摘要
目的分析即时通讯工具联合案例导向教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)、问题导向教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的实用价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月徐州医科大学徐州临床学院皮肤科66名住院医师为研究样本,随机数表法分组,即传统教学组、CBL+PBL组以及即时通讯工具联合CBL+PBL组(Wechat+CBL+PBL组),均有22名样本,传统组所用方案为教师授课,学生听课为主的传统教学模式(lecture-based learning,LBL),CBL+PBL组采用问题+提问双轨式教学模式,Wechat+CBL+PBL则采用实时临床案例联合问题+提问方式教学模式,统计培训考核成绩,评估综合能力,调查满意率。结果培训后经理论、实践两个方面评估各皮肤科医师的能力,教学组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。经6个方面评估各皮肤科医师的综合能力,Wechat+CBL+PBL组和CBL+PBL组均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Wechat+CBL+PBL组对培训趣味性有95.45%的满意率,对培训全面性有100.00%的满意率,对培训引导性有95.45%的满意率,对培训科学性有95.45%的满意率,均高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Wechat+CBL+PBL组均值高于CBL+PBL组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论即时通讯工具联合CBL、PBL教学可提升考核成绩,增强各皮肤科医师综合能力,满意率高。
Objective To analyze the practical value of instant messaging tools combined with case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)in standardized training of dermatology residents.Methods The study was conducted from April 2022 to April 2023,during which 66 resident dermatologists of Xuzhou Clinical College of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the study samples.Computer randomization,namely traditional teaching group,CBL+PBL group and instant messaging tool combined CBL+PBL group(Wechat+CBL+PBL group),had 22 samples.The scheme used by the traditional group was Lecture-based Learning(LBL),a traditional teaching mode in which teachers gave lectures and students listened to lectures.The CBL+PBL group adopted the dual-track teaching mode of question+question,while Wechat+CBL+PBL adopted the teaching mode of real-time clinical cases combined with question+question.Statistics of training and assessment results,evaluation of comprehensive ability,survey satisfaction rate.Results After the training,the ability of dermatologists was evaluated in both theory and practice.The teaching group was higher than the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(both<0.05).The comprehensive ability of all dermatologists was evaluated in six aspects.Wechat+CBL+PBL group and CBL+PBL group were higher than the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of Wechat+CBL+PBL group was 95.45%for the interestingness of the training,100.00% for the comprehensiveness of the training,95.45%for the guidance of the training and 95.45% for the science of the training,all of which were higher than that of the LBL group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The mean value of Wechat+CBL+PBL group was higher than that of CBL+PBL group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Instant messaging combined with CBL and PBL teaching can improve the test scores,enhance the comprehensive ability of dermatologists,and have a high satisfaction rate.
