强化质量管理在检验科的应用效果及对工作人员敬业度的影响

The Effect of Strengthening the Application of Quality Management in the Laboratory Department and Its Impact on Staff Engagement

目的探讨强化质量管理在检验科的应用效果及对工作人员敬业度的影响。方法选取2022年1—6月滕州市疾病预防控制中心检验科10名工作人员设置为对照组,采取常规法管理;将2022年7—12月滕州市疾病预防控制中心检验科10名工作人员设置为观察组,实施强化质量管理。对比两组质量管理分值,敬业度分值。结果观察组质检准确率显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作环境管理、标本管理、试剂及器材管理评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作敬业度分值比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在检验科实施强化质量管理,可保障质量管理,提升工作人员的敬业度。

Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening quality management in the laboratory department and its impact on staff engagement.Methods 10 staff in the clinical laboratory of Tengzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and routine management was adopted.From July to December 2022,10 staff in the clinical laboratory of Tengzhou City Center for Disease Control and Prevention were set as the observation group to implement enhanced quality management.Compared the quality management scores and engagement scores of the two groups.Results The accuracy of inspection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of working environment management,specimen management,reagent and equipment management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work engagement score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing enhanced quality management in the laboratory department can ensure quality management and improve staff engagement.
