公共卫生管理对传染病预防工作质量的提升评价

Evaluation of Public Health Management on the Improvement of the Quality of Infectious Disease Prevention

目的研究公共卫生管理对传染病预防工作质量的效果。方法选取临沂市兰山街道社区卫生服务中心的30名医务人员作为研究对象,2021年1—12月开展常规管理的医务人员作为对照组,2022年1—12月开展公共卫生管理的医务人员作为观察组,两组医务人员为同一批。分析并对比两组工作质量及职业素养评分各项指标。结果观察组工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组职业素养评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过开展公共卫生管理,不仅能加强医务人员对传染病知识的了解程度,减少传染病传播,而且还能显著提高工作质量。

Objective To study the effect of public health management on the quality of infectious disease prevention.Methods 30 medical staff members from the Lanshan Subdistrict Community Health Service Center of Linyi City were selected as the research subjects.The control group consisted of medical staff members who underwent routine management from January to December 2021,and the observation group consisted of medical staff members who underwent public health management from January to December 2022.The two groups of medical staff members were from the same group.Analyzed and compared the various indicators of work quality and professional accomplishment scores between two groups.Results The score of quality of work in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational literacy score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of public health management can not only enhance medical staff's awareness of infectious disease knowledge and reduce the spread of infectious diseases,but also significantly improve the quality of work.
