Research on Operation Cost Effectiveness of Large Medical Equipment

医疗设备生命周期的效益评价是一个非常关键的问题,反映了一个医院的经营理念与经营水平。本文运用管理学和财务的相关原理,并根据本人在医院的工作经验,讨论了如何科学有效地分析医院大型医疗设备的成本和效益的方法和实践,力求通过准确的数据和科学的分析,为医院在预算、购置、使用、维修与维护直至淘汰的全流程作出管理和决策,成本效益分析,以达到减少医院的设备运行费用,增加其经济效益的目的。

The benefit evaluation of the life cycle of medical equipment is a very critical issue,which reflects the management philosophy and management level of a hospital.Based on the relevant principles of management and finance,and based on my work experience in the hospital,this paper discusses how to scientifically and effectively analyze the cost and benefit of large medical equipment in the hospital,and strives to use accurate data and scientific analysis,to make management and decision for the hospital in the whole process of budget,purchase,use,repair and maintenance until elimination,cost benefit analyis,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the operating cost of hospital equipment and increasing its economic benefits.
