Discussing the Development of Hospital Informatization and Hospital Archives Management

档案管理工作的高质量开展,是现代公立医院发展的立身之本,是决策者依规依制管理医院的底气来源。随着科学水平不断进步,档案管理得以实现信息化,这在极大程度上减轻了工作人员的工作压力,同时提高了医院档案管理工作精度,改革意义重大。本文站在推动医院信息化发展的角度,肯定医院档案管理信息化是医院信息化发展的重要组成部分,且档案实现信息化管理,能够从根本上推动医院的信息化发展。在此基础上,试阐述医院信息化发展方向及与档案管理的关系;以文书档案为例,构建一套文书档案信息化管理平台,并基于此提出推动医院信息化发展的一些思路;对医院档案信息化管理的未来发展提出展望及建议。

The high-quality development of archives management is the foundation for the development of modern public hospitals and the source of confidence for decision-makers to manage hospitals in accordance with regulations.With the continuous advancement of scientific level,archives management has become informatized,which has greatly reduced the work pressure of staff and improved the accuracy of hospital archives management.The reform is of great significance.From the perspective of promoting the development of hospital informatization,this article affirms that the informatization of hospital archives management is an important part of the development of hospital informatization,and the realization of informatization management of archives can fundamentally promote the development of hospital informatization.On this basis,elaborate on the development direction of hospital informatization and its relationship with archives management;takes document archives as an example to build a document and archive information management platform.Based on this,some ideas are put forward to promote the development of hospital informatization;puts forward some prospects for the future development and suggestions of hospital archives informatization management.
