PBL+CBL双轨教学模式在中医内科学教学中运用的效果探讨

摘要 目的探究分析以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为基础的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)双轨教学模式在中医内科学教学中运用的教学效果。方法选择2020年5月—2023年5月常州市金坛区第一人民医院接受的中医内科学学生中抽选80名作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各40名。研究组接受PBL+CBL双轨教学模式进行临床带教,对照组接受常规教学模式进行临床带教,对比两组学生教学效果。结果研究组学生理论成绩、实践成绩、总成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组学生对调动学生学习兴趣、增加学生学习热情、学习时间灵活、有助于锻炼学生自学能力、有助于提升学生对知识的理解和记忆、有助于培养学生临床思维能力等赞同度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在中医内科学教学中运用PBL+CBL双轨教学模式可以提升临床带教效果,提高实习生的专业知识水平和综合素质,学生对教学效果的满意度高。 Objective To explore and analyze the teaching effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)dual-track teaching mode in the teaching of TCM internal medicine.Methods A total of 80 TCM internal medicine students admitted to Jintan District First People's Hospital of Changzhou City from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group received PBL+CBL dual-track teaching mode for clinical teaching,and the control group received conventional teaching mode for clinical teaching.The teaching effect of the two groups of students was compared.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and total scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The approval scores of students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group on arousing students'learning interest,increasing students'learning enthusiasm,flexible learning time,helping to exercise students'self-learning ability,improving students'understanding and memory of knowledge,and developing students'clinical thinking ability,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+CBL dual-track teaching mode in the teaching of TCM internal medicine can improve the clinical teaching effect,enhance the level of professional knowledge and comprehensive quality of interns,and the students have high satisfaction with the teaching effect.
