摘要
目的分析眼科住院医师规范化培训中采用问题导向教学法的作用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月潍坊医学院附属医院眼科接受住院医师规范化培训的40名培训学员为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其等分为对照组(n=20,常规教学法)和观察组(n=20,问题导向教学法)。对比两组培训学员的考核成绩(理论、实践操作)以及教学效果评价情况。结果观察组的理论知识、实践操作考核成绩均明显高出对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的教学效果评价(提升理论知识水平、提高临床实践操作水平、提高学习积极性、提高医患沟通能力)评分都比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在眼科住院医师规范化培训中采取问题导向教学法,其培训效果确切,可有效提高培训学员的个人成绩及教学质量。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of problem-oriented teaching method in standardized training of ophthalmology residents.Methods 40 trainees who received standardized training for resident doctors in the Ophthalmology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=20,conventional teaching method)and observation group(n=20,problem-oriented teaching method)according to random number table method.The assessment results(theory,practice)and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups of trainees were compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect evaluation(improving theoretical knowledge level,improving clinical practice level,improving learning enthusiasm,improving doctor-patient communication ability)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented teaching method adopted in the standardized training of ophthalmology residents has definite training effects and can effectively improve the personal performance and teaching quality of trainees.
