摘要
目的分析对住培生提供情景模拟联合案例教学的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年11月潍坊医学院附属医院的70名住培生作为研究对象,采用电脑抽号法将其分为研究组和常规组,各35名。对研究组规培生提供情景模拟联合案例教学,对常规组规培生提供常规教学,对比两组住培生接受不同教学后的差异性。结果研究组住培生的考核成绩、临床技能、对教学效果的评价、满意度等均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对住培生提供情景模拟联合案例教学的效果显著,有助于提升住培生的考核成绩,提高住培生的临床技能,改善住培生对教学效果的评价和满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of providing situational simulation joint case teaching to Pearson students.Methods A total of 70 residents from the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group and the routine group by the computer sampling method,with 35 people in each group.The residents in the study group were provided with scenario simulation combined with case teaching,and the residents in the conventional group were provided with conventional teaching.The differences between the two groups after receiving different teaching methods were compared.Results The assessment scores,clinical skills,evaluation of teaching effect and satisfaction of the residents in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Providing situational simulation combined case teaching to residential students has a significant effect,which helps to improve the assessment scores of residential students,improve the clinical skills of residential students,and improve the evaluation and satisfaction of the teaching effect.
