探讨呼吸重症临床实践教学中综合模拟人系统的应用

摘要 目的分析综合模拟人系统在呼吸重症临床实践教学中的应用。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月在河南省肿瘤医院实习的实习生80名作为研究对象,通过电脑法随机分为常规组和综合组,常规组采用传统常规临床教学,综合组采用综合模拟人系统进行实践教学,每组40名。比较两组实习生的理论考核成绩、最终教学效果、教学总体满意度。结果两组理论知识考核成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);综合组实际操作技能中的呼吸机使用、气管插管配合、心肺复苏成绩优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);综合组最终教学效果合格情况高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组教学总体满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸重症科实习生临床实践教学采用综合模拟人系统对其进行教学实践,其实习生的理论考核成绩较高,最终教学成果显著,教学实践成果远高于传统常规临床教学方法。 Objective To analyze the application of comprehensive simulated human system in clinical practice teaching of respiratory critical care.Methods A total of 80 interns in Henan Cancer Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the routine group and the comprehensive group by computer method.The conventional group adopted traditional clinical teaching,while the comprehensive group adopted comprehensive simulated human system for practical teaching,with 40 students in each group.The results of theoretical examination,final teaching effect and overall teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in theoretical knowledge assessment(P>0.05).The comprehensive group had better performance than the conventional group in ventilator use,tracheal intubation coordination and cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The final teaching effect of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive simulated human system is used for clinical practice teaching of respiratory intensive care interns.In fact,the theoretical assessment scores of interns are relatively high,and the final teaching results are significant.The teaching practice results are much higher than traditional conventional clinical teaching methods.
