微课结合PBL教学法在烧伤外科学临床教学质量的影响分析

摘要 目的观察在烧伤外科学的临床教学中使用微课结合基于问题学习(problem based learning,PBL)教学法对教学质量的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年5月于贵州医科大学附属医院进行临床实践学习的2018级临床医学专业学生60名为研究对象,将其按照随机匹配法分作联合组与传统组,各30名,在传统组中采取传统教学模式,联合组则采取微课+PBL教学模式,同时每组各配备6名专业资质相同的教师对学生进行指导,比较两组学生最终的理论测试成绩、实操测试成绩以及教学满意度。结果联合组中学生最终的理论测试成绩、实操测试成绩以及总成绩得分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);联合组学生的教学满意度为96.67%,高于传统组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微课结合PBL教学法能够在烧伤外科学的临床教学中取得较为良好的实践效果,使学生能够更加灵活地学习与应用专业知识,提升其专业综合素质。 Objective To observe the effect of micro-class combined with problem based learning(PBL),teaching method on the teaching quality of burn surgery.Methods 60 clinical medicine students of grade 2018 who were enrolled in clinical practice learning in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into combination group and traditional group according to random matching method,with 30 students in each group.Traditional teaching mode was adopted in the traditional group,while micro-class+PBL teaching mode was adopted in the combined group.At the same time,each group was equipped with 6 teachers with the same professional qualification to guide the students,and the final theoretical test scores,practical test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The final theoretical test scores,practical test scores and total scores of middle school students in the combined group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the combined group was 96.67%which was higher than that of the traditional group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with PBL teaching method,the application of micro-course can achieve better practical results in the clinical teaching of burn surgery,so that students can learn and apply professional knowledge more flexibly,and improve their professional comprehensive quality.
