摘要
目的分析以学生讲课的教学方式进行全科医生规范化培训(简称全科规培)的培训结果。方法以2018年1月—2023年5月间于攀枝花中心医院进行全科规培的40名学生为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组20名,学生接受常规培训教学;观察组20名,学生接受学生讲课教学模式培训,比较两组学生成绩及满意度。结果两组学生、培训成绩比较,差异无统计学意义与对照组相比,观察组学生对新式培训方式较为满意,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学生讲课教学模式能更好地提高学生的学习热情,并对学习内容掌握较快,可为更多学科培训模式提供参考。
Objective To analyze the results of general discipline training with the teaching method of student lectures.Methods 40 students who underwent general discipline training in Panzhihua Central Hospital from January 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group with 20 students receiving routine training and the observation group with 20 students receiving the teaching mode training.Compare the results and satisfaction of the two groups of students after the training.Results Comparison of training results between two groups of students,the difference was not statistically significant The students in the observation group were satisfied with the new training method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Students'teaching mode can improve students'learning enthusiasm better and master the learning content faster,which can provide reference for more subject training modes.
