乡镇公共卫生服务建设的问题及对策分析

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Township Public Health Service Construction

乡镇是连接城市与农村的、最基层的行政机构,加强乡镇公共卫生服务建设,是“保基本、强基层、建机制”的根基之所在。本文以洪湖市新滩镇为例进行研究,介绍当地公共卫生服务建设现状与成效,指出居民对公共卫生服务的满意度仍有很大提升空间,分析新滩镇公共卫生服务建设存在的问题与不足,包括部分村卫生室基础设施薄弱,环境管理混乱,公共卫生人员数量不足,整体素质不高,数字化水平有待提升的问题,并据此提出优化的对策和建议。

Villages and towns are the most basic administrative institutions connecting cities and rural areas.Strengthening the construction of township public health service is the foundation of"ensuring the basic,strengthening the grassroots and building the mechanism".Taking Xintan Town of Honghu City as an example,this paper introduces the status quo and effectiveness of local public health service construction,points out that residents'satisfaction with public health service still has a lot of room to improve,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of public health service construction in Xintan Town.Including some village health room infrastructure is weak,environmental management is chaotic,the number of public health personnel is insufficient,the overall quality is not high,and the digital level needs to be improved,and based on this,the optimization of countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
