优秀传统纸文化融入造纸专业课程思政教育教学研究

Research on the Integration of Excellent Traditional Paper Culture into the Ideological and Political Education of Papermaking Major

高职院校造纸专业课程思政建设是培养新时代造纸高素质高技能复合型人才的重要途径,也是做好造纸传承、创新发展工作的基础和保障。通过研究发现,由于高职教育在教师队伍、专业特点及学生特性等方面的特殊性和复杂性,使得高职院校造纸课程思政建设存在专业与思政、文化教育融合力较弱的问题。因此,系统梳理立足文化自信,挖掘纸文化内涵、优化人才培养模式,加强教师思政能力、不断提升造纸专业教育的纸文化自信培育理念、传承非遗精神,培养造纸工匠型人才等,应是克服高职院校造纸专业课程思政建设阻力的重要方法。

The ideological and political construction of papermaking major in higher vocational colleges is an important way to cultivate high-quality and high-skill compound talents for papermaking in the new era,and it is also the basis and guarantee for the inheritance,innovation and development of papermaking.Through the research and analysis,it is found that due to the particularity and complexity of higher vocational education in the aspects of teachers,specialty characteristics and students'characteristics,there is a weak integration of specialty,ideology,politics,culture and education in the ideological and political construction of paper making major in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,systematically combing based on cultural self-confidence,excavating the connotation of paper culture,optimizing talent training mode,strengthening teachers'ideological and political ability,constantly improving the cultivation concept of paper culture self-confidence in papermaking professional education,inheriting the spirit of intangible cultural heritage,and cultivating papermaking craftsman talents should be important methods to overcome the resistance of ideological and political construction of papermaking professional courses in higher vocational colleges.
