干熄焦一次除尘器的结构形式及其对除尘效率的影响

摘要 一次除尘器是干熄焦工艺中的预除尘设备,介绍了两种主要的一次除尘器结构形式:带大挡墙和不带大挡墙。通过仿真模拟,分析对比了两种结构形式的一次除尘器的除尘效率,对其耐材使用量、阻力损失以及生产维护等进行了比较,并给出两种结构形式的一次除尘器的选用和优化建议。 The primary dust collector was the pre-dust removal equipment in the coke dry quenching process.Two main structural forms were introduced:with and without large retaining walls.Through the simulation,the dust removal efficiency of the two structural forms of primary dust collectors was analyzed and compared,the use of refractory materials,resistance loss and production maintenance were compared,and the selection and optimization suggestions of the two structural forms of primary dust collectors were given.
