摘要
为实现焦化生化出水COD≤80 mg/L,开展了混凝沉淀-活性炭吸附耦合工艺处理生化出水COD的研究。混凝沉淀实验分析了混凝剂种类及投加量、助凝剂投加量、初始pH值及搅拌时间对生化出水COD去除率的影响,活性炭吸附实验分析了活性炭投加量、反应时间对混凝出水COD去除率的影响,确定了最优工艺参数;最后对耦合工艺开展了连续效果评价及经济性分析。结果表明:当PFS投加质量浓度为1000 mg/L、PAM投加质量浓度为20 mg/L、快搅转速150 r/min、初始pH值为7.3、搅拌时间为20 min、活性炭投加质量浓度为2 g/L、反应时间为5 min时,耦合工艺出水COD稳定在70 mg/L~75 mg/L,吨水药剂成本为6.1元。
In order to achieve COD≤80 mg/L in coking biochemical effluent,the coupling process experiments of coagulation sedimentation and activated carbon adsorption were conducted.The coagulation sedimentation experiment analyzed the effects of coagulant types and dosage,coagulant aid dosage,initial pH and stirring time on the COD removal rate of biochemical effluent.The activated carbon adsorption experiment analyzed the effects of activated carbon dosage and reaction time on the COD removal rate of coagulation effluent,and the optimal process parameters were determined.Finally,continuous effect evaluation and economic analysis were conducted on the coupling process.The results showed that when PFS dosage was 1000 mg/L,PAM dosage was 20 mg/L,rapid stirring speed was 150 r/min,initial pH was 7.3,stirring time was 20 min,activated carbon dosage was 2 g/L,and reaction time was 5 min,the COD of the coupled process effluent remained stable at 70 mg/L-75 mg/L,and the reagent cost was 6.1 yuan/t effluent.
