摘要
针对某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液的水质特点,对渗滤液原液采用“MBR(两级硝化反硝化+外置式超滤)+纳滤+高压反渗透”的组合式工艺进行处理,对膜浓缩液采用“预处理软化+MVR强制循环蒸发”工艺进行处理,实现了渗滤液的全量化处理。介绍了该项目的工艺流程、项目运行情况及存在问题和不足。运行结果表明:采用组合工艺处理后,装置运行稳定,渗滤液和膜浓缩液出水达到GB 16889—2008排放限值要求。
In view of the leachate water quality characteristics of a municipal solid waste landfill,the combination process of“MBR(two-stage nitrification denitrification+external ultrafiltration)+nanofiltration+high pressure reverse osmosis”was used to treat the original leachate,and the membrane concentrate was treated using“pretreatment softening+MVR mechanical vapor recompression”process,thus the full quantitative treatment of leachate was achieved.The process flow,operation and problems of the project were introduced.The operation results showed that after the combination process was adopted,the unit operation was stable,and the effluent of leachate and membrane concentrate reached the discharge limit requirement of GB 16889—2008 national standard.
