Shell煤气化装置渣口堵塞原因分析及探讨

摘要 呼伦贝尔金新化工有限公司Shell下行激冷煤气化装置设计有效气(CO+H_(2))产量为60000 m^(3)/h,在累计运行1994 d后发生严重渣口堵塞问题。通过现场相关参数检测及宏观图像分析研究,认为烧嘴罩泄漏致使渣块剥落、气化炉长时间低温运行、煤量过大是导致堵渣的主要原因。分析探讨了适合该套气化装置的原料煤的灰分、水分、粒度、哈氏可磨指数等参数范围,以期为气化炉的安全稳定运行提供参考。 The designed effective gas(CO+H_(2))output of Shell downstream quenching coal gasification unit of Hulun Buir Jinxin Chemical Co.,Ltd.was 60000 m^(3)/h,and the serious slag notch plugging problem occurred after 1994 days of cumulative operation.Through the test of relevant parameters and macroscopic image analysis on site,it was believed that the main reasons for slag notch plugging were the leakage of the burner cap leading to slag peel-off,long-term low-temperature operation of the gasifier and excessive amount of coal.In order to provide a reference for the safe and stable operation of the gasifier,the parameters of ash,moisture,particle size and Hastelloy grindability index of raw coal suitable for this gasification unit were analyzed and discussed.
