The challenges faced by the construction management business in engineering companies were analyzed.The ideas and methods of building digital construction management system of Sedin Engineering Co.,Ltd.were introduced:digital construction management system was used to solve the problem of information transmission between EPC businesses;the welding management system was developed with the whole life cycle management concept of the project,and the combination of EPC mode and digital construction technology was innovatively practiced.Based on the policies and specifications,the management function was developed to standardize working procedure and solve the problem of low management efficiency.Also,the mode of online construction management was established to solve the problem of difficult tracking of process management.Through the construction of digital construction management system,the goal of accumulating enterprise-level digital assets was achieved,so that the data could empower the operation and management of enterprises,helping to enhance construction management level,improve efficiency and reduce costs.
