摘要
关于白酒酒精度检验不合格究竞定性为食品安全问题还是产品质量问题,一直人们争议的焦点。为此,在阐明食品安全概念的基础上,通过分析白酒中酒精度检验究竟执行的是食品中产品质量指标还是食品安全指标,以及食品安全标准判定依据和各项指标所执行的检测方法,探讨了食品执行产品标准中各指标是否为食品安全指标的问题,并分析了白酒酒精度检验不合格问题的执法依据。结果表明:白酒酒精度检验不合格应为食品安全问题。
It has always been the focus of controversy on whether the unqualified liquor alcohol test is characterized as a food safety problem or a product quality problem.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the concept of food safety,this paper studies whether the indicators in the food implementation product standards are food safety indicators,and whether the alcohol content in liquor is the product quality index or the food safety index in the food,and determines the method of testing food according to the food safety standard.The results showed that the failure of the liquor alcohol test should be a food safety problem.
