摘要
随着线上教学的持续深入,高校教学督导工作也随之跟进。对线上教学督导工作中发现的线上教学问题进行了梳理并提出了改进措施,又进一步总结了线上教学的成功经验,反思了“老”教师如何做好传帮带,“新”教师如何提高教学水平,以及“新”“老”教师如何打破教学瓶颈。
With the continuous deepening of online teaching,the supervision of teaching in universities has also followed up.This paper sorts out the problems of online teaching supervision and proposes improvement measures.It further summarizes the successful experience of online teaching and reflects on how"old"teachers can do a good job in teaching,how"new"teachers can improve their teaching level and how"new"and"old"teachers can overcome the teaching obstacles.
