“中文+职业技能”教学资源建设的现状与展望

摘要 狭义的“中文+职业技能”教育是一种旨在培养海外一线外籍员工用中文进行工作交际的教育模式。这一领域的教学资源是目前海外极缺且急需的中文教学资源类型。近五年,“中文+职业技能”教学资源建设是立足海外实际需求,在政府主导和多方协同下,面向众多职业领域,以数智融合为研发特色,以语技同升为创新关键的有组织建设实践。展望未来,这一领域的教学资源建设需要以《行动计划》为遵循,注重需求监测,重视使用反馈,加速资源集成。 In a narrow sense,“Chinese+Vocational”education is a mode of education aimed at training overseas frontline foreign employees to communicate in Chinese for work.The teaching resources in this field are currently in extreme demand and scarcity overseas.Over the past five years,the development of“Chinese+Vocational”teaching resources has been based on actual overseas needs,guided by government initiatives and coordinated by multiple parties.It is an organized construction practice oriented towards a wide range of vocational fields,characterized by the integration of print and digital media,with simultaneous enhancement of language proficiency and vocational skills as the key innovation.Looking ahead,the development of resources in this field should follow the Action Plan,emphasize demand monitoring,attach importance to user feedback,and accelerate resource integration.
