汉语提顿填充词除了文献中涉及的填充语音空白,表明说话人希望控制话轮、犹豫或修正等功能,还具有开启话轮、出让话轮、寻求帮助等话语功能。研究表明,基于语料库、电视节目和日常会话中的自然话语,以提顿填充词在话轮中所处的位置为观察点,可以发现该类词的话语功能及其所反映的思维过程与其在话轮中的位置密切相关。
