摘要
健康的生态环境有助于构建可持续发展的地方高校创新创业教育生态系统。当前地方高校创新创业教育生态环境建设面临着由于理念落后、措施不足等导致的创新创业教育生态环境建设远景规划不够和实效性不强等问题。在新的发展阶段,地方高校创新创业教育生态环境的建设应坚持协同融合理念,加强与国家战略、社会发展、产业发展、高校定位和国际借鉴的同步发展,从制度建设机制、技术操作机制和评估评价机制三个横向方面构建宏观、中观和微观三个纵向层次的“纵横联动”模式,形成完善的地方高校创新创业教育内部环境、外部环境和小体系环境,不断推动优化地方高校创新创业教育的生态环境。
A healthy ecological environment is conducive to the construction of sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in local colleges and universities.At present,the ecological environment construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges is faced with some problems,such as insufficient long-term planning and weak actual effect,which are caused by backward ideas and insufficient measures.In the new stage of development,the construction of the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges should adhere to the concept of synergy and integration,strengthens the synchronous development with the“National strategy”,“Social development”,“Industrial development”,“University positioning”and the“International reference”,and constructs a macro-,meso-and micro-vertical linkage mode from three horizontal aspects:system construction mechanism,technical operation mechanism and evaluation mechanism,forming a perfect internal environment,external environment and small system environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges,and constantly promoting the optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges.
