高职双师型外语教师创新团队建设探索与实践

摘要 随着社会现状的改变,科技水平的不断提升,开展高职院校“双师型”外语教师创新团队的建设是保证高职教育能够培养出更优质人才的基础建设要求,是有效提高人才专业知识素养、增强院校竞争能力的现实需求。而对于“双师型”外语教师创建团队的创建,应该按照实际的情况,稳步转变,为团队的建设提供坚实基础条件;打造“双师型”特使教师团队是当前社会对于职业教育改革工作重要的推动力,职业教育的发展得以稳步推进。 With the change of the social situation and the continuous improvement of science and technology level,the construction of the“double-qualified teacher”foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges is the basic construction requirement to ensure that higher vocational education can cultivate better talents,and is the practical demand to effectively improve the professional knowledge and quality of talents and enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities.However,the establishment of“double-qualified teacher”foreign language teachers should be steadily changed according to the actual situation to provide a solid foundation for the team construction;the“double-qualified teacher”special envoy teacher team is an important driving force for the vocational education reform in the current society,and the development of vocational education can be steadily promoted.
