“双元”导向下电子信息技术专业群育人新生态探究

摘要 新一代人工智能背景下,职业院校通过持续不断地创新人才培养模式,充分调动和发挥校企“双主体”的能动作用,构建共同培养、协同育人、共同发展的新生态,提升人才培养质量,促进职业教育高质量发展。传统的人才培养模式中,存在实践教学在总学时中占比不足、课程目标与企业岗位需求对接度不高、双师型教师实践经验不足、实践教学质量不高、校企合作资源共享度不够等问题。北海职业学院电子信息技术专业群在“双元”育人模式下,从课程体系建设、课程资源共建共享、师资队伍建设、实践教学改革、产教融合和社会服务等方面进行了探索与实践,积累了宝贵的经验,为高水平专业群发展奠定了良好基础。 In the context of the new generation of artificial intelligence,vocational colleges are continuously innovating talent cultivation models,fully mobilizing and leveraging the active role of the“dual main body”of schools and enterprises,constructing a new ecosystem of joint training,collaborative education,and common development,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.In the traditional talent cultivation model,there are problems such as insufficient proportion of practical teaching in the total class hours,low alignment between course objectives and enterprise job requirements,insufficient practical experience of dual teacher teachers,low quality of practical teaching,and insufficient sharing of school-enterprise cooperation resources.Under the“dual”education model,the Electronic Information Technology Professional Group of Beihai Vocational College has explored and practiced in the construction of curriculum system,co-construction and sharing of curriculum resources,construction of teaching staff,practical teaching reform,integration of industry and education,and social services,accumulating valuable experience and laying a good foundation for the development of high-level professional groups.
