摘要
“新工科理念”符合现阶段地方高职院校工科教学改革的需求,是经济社会发展背景下对工科综合型人才的培养方向。以欠发达地区高职院校路桥专业为研究对象,分析了地方院校工科教学中存在的师资团队构成不合理、教学理念传统化、实践教学落后等现状。基于“新工科理念”提出了契合地方院校工科教育改革的校企双元育人合作体系,根据地方经济发展及教育水平从校企共同优化专业布局及重构专业知识技能体系;共建“产、学、研、赛融合实习实训基地”;共建专兼结合的“双师型”教学团队;合作完成“岗位实习”教学任务等四个方面提出了校企合作持续发展策略,用以培养符合新科技发展的卓越型工科人才。
The“New Engineering Concept”is in line with the current needs of engineering teaching reform in local vocational colleges,and is the training direction for comprehensive engineering talents in the context of economic and social development.Taking the road and bridge major of vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of unreasonable teacher team composition,traditional teaching concepts,and outdated practical teaching in engineering teaching in local colleges.Based on the“New Engineering Concept”,a dual education cooperation system between schools and enterprises has been proposed,which is in line with the reform of engineering education in local universities.Based on local economic development and educational level,the school enterprise jointly optimizes the professional layout and reconstructs the professional knowledge and skills system;jointly build a“production,learning,research,and competition integration internship and training base”;jointly build a“dual teacher”teaching team that combines specialized and part-time teaching;a sustainable development strategy for school enterprise cooperation has been proposed to cultivate outstanding engineering talents who are in line with the development of new technology,including the cooperation in completing the teaching task of“job internship”.
