基于全国统一市场背景下乡村振兴的研究

Research on Rural Revitalization Based on the Background of the National Unified Market

当前我国城乡二元制结构导致商品和生产要素自由流动仍面临障碍和壁垒。“加快建设全国统一大市场”这一意见的提出,有助于破解这一难题,实现国内市场的快速发展。本文认为,全国统一大市场对乡村影响,除了促进生产要素如人才、土地、信息、资金自由流通外,还将在立体交通、物流方面、新兴产业和生态环境方面给乡村带来巨大变化,实现城乡融合、相互促进、共同发展的态势。最后,通过全国统一大市场真正建立一个公允、平衡、低成本的内部市场,城市与乡村可以站在同一水平线上,通过制定统一的规范机制,是解决乡村振兴的关键所在。

At present,the free flow of commodities and production factors still faces obstacles and barriers within China’s urban-rural dual structure.The proposal of“accelerating the construction of a large unified national market”is help to solving this problem and achieving rapid development of the domestic market.This paper believes that in addition to promoting the free circulation of production factors such as talents,land,information and capital,the impact of the national unified market on rural areas will also bring great changes to rural areas in terms of three-dimensional transportation,logistics,emerging industries and ecological environment,and realize the trend of urban and rural integration,mutual promotion and common development.Finally,a fair,balanced and low-cost internal market can be truly established through the national unification of the big market,so that cities and villages can stand on the same level,and the formulation of a unified normative mechanism is the key to solve the problem of rural revitalization.
