摘要
目的:探讨医养结合背景下混合式教学应用于老年护理学本科教学中的效果。方法:选择2019级本科护理专业学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位,按照抽签法分为对照组(n=189)和观察组(n=197)。对照组学生接受传统教学模式,观察组学生接受混合式教学模式[以问题为基础的学习教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CM)]。一学期后,比较两组的综合成绩、学习投入情况、老年护理态度以及教学满意度。结果:经过一学期的教学,观察组综合成绩、老年护理态度[老年人态度量表(KOAP)]评分和教学满意度以及学习投入情况[学习投入量表(UWES-S)评分]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合背景下混合式教学应用于老年护理学本科教学,有利于提高学生的学习成绩,增加学生自主学习的积极性,提升护理学生护理老人的意愿。
Objective:To explore the effect of hybrid teaching applied in undergraduate teaching of geriatric nursing under the background of combination of medicine and nursing.Methods:The 2019 undergraduate nursing students of university were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group(n=189)and observation group(n=197)according to the method of drawing lots,taking the class as the unit.In the teaching of the first course of geriatric nursing in school,the students in the control group accepted the traditional teaching mode,while the students in the observation group accepted the mixed teaching mode[problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case based teaching method(CM)].After one semester,the comprehensive scores,learning involvement,elderly care attitude and teaching satisfaction among the groups were compared.Results:After one semester of teaching,the comprehensive scores,the scores of the kogan's attitudes to old people scale(KOAP)and teaching satisfaction and the learning engagement of the observation group[the score of the utrecht work engagement scale-student(UWES-S)]was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mixed teaching in the undergraduate teaching of geriatric nursing under the background of combination of medical care and nursing is beneficial to improve students'academic achievements,increase students'enthusiasm for independent learning,improve nursing students'willingness to care for the elderly.
