食管癌术后消化道模式重建及饮食训练方案的探讨

摘要 目的:探讨食管癌术后消化道模式重建及饮食训练方案。方法:选择2021年7月—2021年10月接受食管癌手术治疗患者70例,采用区组随机化分组方法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予常规饮食干预,观察组给予饮食训练干预。分别在干预前、干预2周后、出院时对比两组患者胃肠道症状评分、主观整体营养评估表(PG-SGA)评分、血生化指标及生活质量评分。结果;观察组患者干预2周后、出院时胃肠道症状评分、PG-SGA评分均优于对照组,血生化指标中总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白指标均高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:饮食训练方案能够明显减轻食管癌术后患者胃肠道症状,改善营养指标和血生化指标,提升患者生活质量。 Objective:To explore the alimentary canal model reconstruction and dietary training after esophageal cancer.Methods:From July 2021 to October 2021 in hospital,70 patients who received surgical treatment of esophageal cancer were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using the method of block group randomization,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine diet intervention,and the observation group was given diet training program intervention.Gastrointestinal symptom score,scored patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score,blood biochemical indexes and quality of life score of 2 groups were compared before intervention,2 weeks after intervention and at discharge,respectively.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the gastrointestinal tract score and PG-SGA score of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group at discharge,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the total protein,albumin and hemoglobin indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at discharge,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary training program can significantly reduce gastrointestinal symptoms,improve nutritional indicators,blood biochemical indicators,and improve the quality of life of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.
