布朗氏架在临床下肢足外伤治疗中的应用价值

The Application Value of Brown's Frame in the Treatment of Clinical Lower Ex tremity Foot Trauma

目的 探究分析布朗氏架在临床下肢足外伤治疗中的应用价值。方法 随机选取2022年10月—2023年8月于东莞市长安医院收治的60例下肢足外伤患者为研究对象,根据抛币法随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用布朗氏架,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后的患肢肿胀程度及生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706, P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的患肢肿胀程度轻度83.3%、中度16.7%、重度0均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量为(78.77±5.42)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.691,P<0.05)。结论 布朗氏架在临床下肢足外伤治疗中的应用价值显著,可减轻患肢肿胀程度,促进外伤恢复,提高患者生活质量水平,是一种切实有效的治疗工具。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of Brown's frame in clinical lower extremity foot trauma treatment.Methods 60 patients with lower limb and foot trauma admitted to Dongguan Chang'an Hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group combined with the treatment of the control group was used to compare the clinical efficacy,the degree of swelling of the affected limb after treatment and the score of quality of life of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the swelling degree of the affected limb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(mild 83.3%,moderate 16.7%,severe 0),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the observation group[(78.77±5.42)score]was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.691,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Brown's frame in the treatment of clinical lower extremity foot trauma has a significant value,which can reduce the degree of swelling of the affected limb,promote the recovery of trauma and improve the quality of life level of patients,and it is a practical and effective therapeutic tool.
