髓内钉内固定技术在长管状骨干创伤骨折治疗中的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Intramedullary Nail Internal Fixation Technique in the Treatment of Long Tubular Stem Trauma Fractures

目的 探究髓内钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨干创伤骨折的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年5月遵义市红花岗区中医医院收治的50例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组接受钢板固定手术,研究组接受髓内钉内固定技术治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、术中出血量、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.121,P<0.05)。研究组术中出血量及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 髓内钉内固定技术作为现代骨外科手术方式,能够减少骨折部位暴露、最大限度缩短术中出血量,降低患者术后不良反应的出现概率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of long tubular shaft trauma fractures of the extremities.Methods The 50 patients with trauma fractures of limbs admitted to Honghuagang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and study group,25 cases each.The control group underwent plate fixation surgery,and the study group was treated with the intramedullary nail fixation technique.The treatment effect,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.121,P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a modern bone surgery method,intramedullary nail fixation technology can reduce the exposure of fracture site,minimize the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and reduce the probability of adverse reactions after surgery.
