高频超声联合超声弹性成像在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的应用效果

摘要 目的 研究高频超声联合超声弹性成像运用于甲状腺乳头状癌患者中的效果。方法 方便选取2023年1—10月江苏省连云港市第二人民医院收治的102例疑似甲状腺乳头状癌患者为研究对象,均实行高频超声、超声弹性成像联合诊断,以术后病理结果作为金标准,分析高频超声联合超声弹性成像的诊断效果。结果 术后病理诊断94例阳性、8例阴性。超声弹性成像的阳性检出率为87.25%,联合诊断的阳性检出率为91.18%。高频超声、超声弹性成像的诊断效能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合诊断的灵敏度97.87%、特异度87.50%、准确度97.06%高于高频超声,且灵敏度、准确度高于超声弹性成像,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.041、9.000、17.631、4.731、6.781,P均<0.05)。结论 在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中,高频超声联合超声弹性成像的准确率高,应用价值高。 Objective To study the effect of high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography applied to patients with papillary thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 102 patients with suspected papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province from January to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound elastography.The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effect of high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography.Results Postoperative pathological diagnosis was positive in 94 cases and negative in 8 cases.The positive detection rate of ultrasound elastography was 87.25%,and the positive detection rate of combined diagnosis was 91.18%.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic efficacy between high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound elastography(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were 97.87%,87.50%and 97.06%higher than those of high-frequency ultrasound,and the sensitivity and accuracy were higher than those of ultrasound elastography,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.041,9.000,17.631,4.731,6.781,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer,high-frequency ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography has high accuracy and high application value.
