小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染患儿的疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响

Efficacy of Heat Granules in Children with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection and Its Effects on Inflammatory Factors

目的 探究治疗上呼吸道感染患儿以小儿豉翘清热颗粒对患儿炎症因子水平的影响。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月湖北省公安县中医医院临床接诊的上呼吸道感染患儿90例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿的炎性因子水平、症状消退时间、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果 研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组症状消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率(4.44%)低于对照组(24.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗效果(97.77%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05)。结论 临床使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染疗效显著,能改善患儿体内炎性因子水平,减少不良反应发生风险,缩短恢复时间。

Objective To explore the treatment of children with upper respiratory tract infection and the effect of Qingheat granules on the level of inflammatory factors in children.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,90 children with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Gong'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules.The levels of inflammatory factors,symptom regression time,incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom regression time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.44%)was lower than that in the control group(24.44%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group(97.77%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of children in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection is effective,which can improve the level of inflammatory factors in children,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and shorten the recovery time.
