外治六经法针刺联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗带状疱疹性神经痛患者临床疗效及安全性研究

Study on the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of External Treatment of Six Meridian Methods of Acupuncture Combined with Pregabalin Capsules in Treating Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨外治六经法针刺联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗带状疱疹性神经痛(postherpetic neuralgia,PHN)患者临床疗效及安全性。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年6月—2023年5月甘肃省环县人民医院接诊的86例PHN患者,根据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各43例。研究组予以外治六经法针刺联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗,对照组予以常规针刺联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗。对比两组疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分、疼痛相关生物指标水平、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分,同时对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后7、14、30 d,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分及血清前列腺素E2、P物质、5-羟色胺水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均˂0.05)。治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P˂0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P˃0.05)。结论外治六经法针刺联合普瑞巴林胶囊治疗可提升PHN患者的治疗效果,改善疼痛程度、提高睡眠质量,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of external treatment of six meridians method of acupuncture combined with pregabalin capsule in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods 86 cases of PHN patients received by Huanxian People's Hospital in Gansu Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method and divided into study group and control group,each with 43 cases according to random number table method.The study group was treated with external treatment of six meridians method of acupuncture combined with pregabalin capsule,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with pregabalin capsule.The two groups were compared in terms of pain visual analog scale score,pain-related bioindicator level,pittsburgh sleep quality index score,as well as the clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results At 7 d,14 d,and 30 d after treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score,and serum prostaglandin E2,substance P,and 5-hydroxytryptamine levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P˂0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P˂0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion External treatment of six meridians method of acupuncture combined with pregabalin capsule treatment can enhance the therapeutic efficacy of PHN patients,improve the degree of pain,improve the quality of sleep,and the therapeutic safety is high.
