穴位贴敷联合生物反馈治疗女性盆底功能障碍患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Plastering Combined with Biofeedback in Treating Female Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的 探析女性盆底功能障碍患者给予穴位贴敷联合生物反馈治疗的效果。方法 简单随机选取2020年7月—2023年5月广西国际壮医医院收诊的120例女性盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为常规组(60例),研究组(60例)。常规组提供生物反馈治疗,研究组在常规组基础上提供穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗前后盆底功能障碍调查(Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short form 20, PFDI-20)评分和肌纤维持续收缩次数、并发症发生率。结果 治疗前两组PFDI-20评分和肌纤维持续收缩次数相近,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后研究组PFDI-20评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为1.67%,低于常规组的为11.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。研究组肌纤维持续收缩次数水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合生物反馈治疗可确切改善女性患者盆底功能障碍症状,减少并发症的影响,建议普及应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint plastering combined with biofeedback treatment given to female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 120 cases of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were admitted to Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital from July 2020 to May 2023 were simply randomly selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the conventional group(60 cases)and the study group(60 cases)by random number table method.The conventional group was provided with biofeedback treatment,and the study group was provided with acupoint plastering treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20(PFDI-20)scores,the number of sustained contractions of muscle fibers,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The PFDI-20 scores and the number of sustained contractions of muscle fibers were similar in the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The PFDI-20 score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group(1.67%)was lower than that in the conventional group(11.67%),the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The level of the number of sustained contractions of muscle fibers in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint plastering combined with biofeedback therapy can exactly improve the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction in female patients and reduce the impact of complications,so it is recommended to popularize the application.
