针灸联合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤对冠心病心绞痛患者氧化应激反应及中医证候的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction on Oxidative Stress and TCM Syndrome of Patients with Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨针灸联合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛对患者氧化应激反应及中医证候的影响。方法方面选取2020年6月—2022年6月在呼伦贝尔市中蒙医院治疗的86例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用针灸联合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗,持续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、氧化应激反应、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后丙二醛较对照组低,超氧化物岐化酶较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.585、5.750,P均<0.05);观察组治疗后胸闷气短、畏寒肢冷、胸痛彻背、腰酸乏力积分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=5.100、6.212、3.393、7.094,P均<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤可提高冠心病心绞痛治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,减轻氧化损伤,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction on the oxidative stress and TCM syndromes of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)angina pectoris.Methods A total of 86 patients with angina pectoris from CHD treated in Hulun Buir Chinese and Mongolian Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress reaction,TCM syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of control group(81.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower levels of malondialdehyde and higher levels of superoxide dismutase compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.585,5.750,both P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest depression,shortness of breath,cold limbs,chest pain and lumbar acid weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.100,6.212,3.393,7.094,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction can improve the treatment effect of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,reduce TCM syndrome score,reduce oxidative damage,safe and reliable.
