桃斛方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病况和免疫球蛋白的影响

Effect of Taohu Prescription on Disease Condition and Immunoglobulin in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨桃斛方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病况和免疫球蛋白的影响。方法选择2023年1—6月揭西县人民医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,在疾病进入缓解期后,采用随机数表法分为常规组和药膳组,每组30例。常规组采用吸入药物方案,同时予以常规支持治疗。药膳组在常规组基础上增加桃斛药膳方治疗,对比两组患者干预前后肺功能情况、急性发作次数、免疫球蛋白G。结果药膳组干预15 d后慢阻肺评估测试(chronic obstructive plumonary disease assessment test,CAT)(20.13±4.25)分、干预30 d后(19.24±3.68)分、干预45 d后(17.27±4.15)分、干预2个月后(16.24±3.22)分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。药膳组急性发作次数低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃斛方可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者病情,促进患者肺功能好转,并可提高患者免疫功能,降低发作次数,有助于改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of Taohu prescription on the disease condition and immunoglobulin of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 60 patients with COPD admitted to Jiexi County People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected and divided into routine group and medicated diet group by random number table method after the disease entered remission,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with inhaled drug regimen and routine supportive treatment.Medicinal diet group was treated with Taohu prescription on the basis of routine group.The pulmonary function,the number of acute attacks and the value of immu⁃noglobulin G before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of interven⁃tion in medicated diet group,chronic obstructive plumonary disease assessment test(CAT)(20.13±4.25)points,30 days after intervention(19.24±3.68)points,45 days after intervention(17.27±4.15)points and 2 months after interven⁃tion(16.24±3.22)points were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The number of acute attacks in medicated diet group was lower than that in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohu prescription can effectively improve the condition of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,promote the improvement of lung function,im⁃prove the immune function of patients,reduce the number of attacks,help improve the prognosis of patients.
