非梗阻性无精子症与弱精子症患者精浆中miR-141-5p表达以及精液质量参数差异分析

摘要 目的探究非梗阻性无精子症、弱精子症患者精浆中的miR-141-5p表达差异性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年6月苏州大学附属第一医院收治的86例非梗阻性无精症患者为非梗阻性无精子症组、94例弱精子症患者为弱精子症组以及同期选取100名健康人为对照组。对比3组的精浆miR-141-5p表达差异性。结果对比3组的精浆miR-141-5p表达水平(3.46±1.42)、(3.39±1.57)、(2.75±0.93),差异有统计学意义(F=3.560,P<0.05);而非梗阻性无精子症组与弱精子症组miR-141-5p对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组精液量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);弱精子症组在精子总数、精子浓度、精子前向运动率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论非梗阻性无精子症、弱精子症患者的精浆miR-141-5p水平的表达低于正常健康男性水平,但精液量差异较小。 Objective To investigate the differences in miR-141-5p expression in seminal plasma of patients with non-obstructive azoospermia and asthenospermia.Methods A total of 86 patients with non-obstructive azoospermia(non-obstructive azoospermia group),94 patients with asthenospermia(asthenospermia group)and 100 healthy people(control group)admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from February 2021 to June 2023 were selected.The expression of miR-141-5p in the seminal plasma of the three groups was compared.Results The expres⁃sion levels of miR-141-5p in the seminal plasma of the three groups were(3.46±1.42),(3.39±1.57),(2.75±0.93),and the difference was statistically significant(F=3.560,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in miR-141-5p ex⁃pression between the non-obstructive azoospermia group and the asthenospermia group(P>0.05).There was no signifi⁃cant difference in semen volume among the three groups(P>0.05).The total sperm count,sperm concentration and progressive sperm motility in the asthenospermia group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of seminal plasma miR-141-5p level in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia and asthenospermia was lower than the level of normal healthy men,but the differ⁃ence in semen volume was smaller.
