推拿点穴联合半夏泻心汤治疗胃痞病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Tuina Pointing Combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Stomachache Disease

目的探究推拿点穴联合半夏泻心汤治疗胃痞病的临床疗效研究。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月北京裕和中西医结合康复医院收治的100例胃痞病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为联合组和推拿点穴组,每组50例,推拿点穴组行推拿点穴治疗,联合组在推拿点穴组基础上增加半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组患者症状改善情况、中医证候积分各项得分、并发症发生率。结果联合组患者症状改善情况(100.00%)明显优于推拿点穴组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.890,P<0.05)。联合组中医证候积分明显低于推拿点穴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者并发症发生率明显低于推拿点穴组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿点穴联合半夏泻心汤治疗胃痞病明显有效,可以降低并发症的发生率,提高患者康复情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tuina pointing combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of stomachache disease.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,a total of 100 patients with stomach⁃ache disease admitted to Beijing Yuhe Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and Rehabilitation were selected as the study objects.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the combined group and the Tuina pointing group,with 50 cases in each group.The Tuina pointing group was treated with massage acupoint,and the combined group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the Tuina pointing group.The improvement of symptoms,each score of Chinese medicine syndrome score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of symptoms in the combined group(100.00%)was significantly better than that in the Tuina pointing group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.890,P<0.05).The Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the combined group were significantly lower than that in the Tuina pointing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the Tuina pointing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tuina pointing combined with Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective in the treatment of stomach inflammation,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the recovery of patients.
