中医药疗法用于脑梗死恢复期患者治疗的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy for Cerebral Infarction Patients in Convalescent Stage

脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)属于常见脑血管疾病,是各种原因引起的脑血供紊乱,局部坏死或脑缺血缺氧,具有发病率高、病情进展快、致残率高等特点,近年来发病率呈上升趋势,对公民身心健康构成威胁。临床根据CI的发展阶段分为急性期、恢复期等,其中恢复期是疾病转归的关键阶段。脑梗死恢复期临床治疗方法较多,包括西医治疗、中医治疗等。中医疗法在CI恢复期的治疗中有独特优势,大致有针刺、推拿按摩、中药汤剂等。本文就CI恢复期的中医药疗法展开如下综述。

Cerebral infarction(CI)is a common cerebrovascular disease,which is caused by disorders of cerebral blood supply,local necrosis or cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.It has the characteristics of high incidence,rapid dis⁃ease progression and high disability rate.In recent years,the incidence has been on the rise,posing a threat to the physical and mental health of citizens.According to the development stage of CI,it can be divided into acute stage and convalescent stage,among which convalescent stage is the key stage of disease outcome.There are many clinical treatment methods in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction,including Western medicine treatment and Chinese medicine treatment.TCM therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of CI convalescence,including acupuncture,massage,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and so on.In this paper,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of CI convalescence was summarized as follows.
