摘要
日本静嘉堂文库藏宋刊明印本《汉书》纸背文书中,有洪武六年温州卫中千户所发下阿兰沙、怯烈等“达达军人”,由百户所收管入伍充军的记载。吴元年明军出师北伐,朱元璋下令推行“归就边地”政策,设立沿边卫所就地安置北元归附军。洪武五年后,开始将蒙古归附军编入南方卫所系统。洪武四、五年间,伯都不花等元朝宗室高官被分批送往南京,获得赏赐并定居。洪武六年正月,朱元璋命令伯都不花等领兵前往浙东三府戍守,部分“达达军人”于三月到达温州卫。蒙古归附军被编入沿海卫所后,与汉族军分开管理,按头军的最高标准支给口粮。正统年间之前蒙古军户验口给粮,其待遇高于汉族军户。
The present author studies official documents,on whichHanshuwas printed,that were preserved in Seikado Bunko of Japan and finds that there were officially registered Mongol military personnel in Wenzhou Garrison in 1373.As he observed,the Mongol troops submitting to the authority of Ming were incorporated into the southern system of garrisons and some Mongol aristocrats were sent to defend southeastern garrisons in early Hongwu reign(1368—1398).
