摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病对母体和胎儿的健康都会产生不良影响,妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血管平滑肌细胞中Ca^(2+)通道的表达水平较正常妊娠期患者高,这可能使得细胞内Ca^(2+)浓度增加,引发血管收缩和血压升高。本文拟论述妊娠期高血压疾病中Ca^(2+)通道的作用机制,并探讨Ca^(2+)通道在该疾病治疗策略中的价值,为妊娠期高血压疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供思路和方法。
Gestational hypertension can have adverse effects on both the mother′s and fetus′s health.The expression level of calcium ion channels in vascular smooth muscle cells is elevated in patients with gestational hypertension compared to normal pregnancy,which may lead to increased intracellular calcium ion concentration,resulting in vasoconstriction and elevated blood pressure.The purpose of this article is to discuss the mechanism of action of calcium ion channels in gestational hypertension and investigate their potential value in the treatment strategy for this disease,providing novel ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
