摘要
为了满足车辆制动可靠性要求,在对制动功能进行分析的基础上,设计了一种新型电子机械制动夹钳。介绍了电子机械制动夹钳的结构和工作原理,对电子机械制动夹钳进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,电子机械制动夹钳的动作响应时间短于250ms,系统稳态误差为-0.3~0.3kN,最大输出力为29.4kN,具备磨损间隙自动补偿、输出力自动补偿等功能。
In order to meet the requirement of braking reliability of vehicle,on the basis of the analysis of braking function,a new type of electromechanical brake calipper was designed.The structure and working principle of electromechanical brake clipper were introduced,and the numerical simulation analysis of electromechanical brake clipper was carried out.The result shows that the action response time of electromechanical brake calipper is less than 250 ms,the steady-state error of the system is-0.3~0.3 kN,the maximum output force is 29.4 kN,and it has the functions of automatic compensation of wear gap and automatic compensation of output force.
