摘要
针对轻型越野车钢管车架的生产制造,提出一种先切割相贯线,后弯管成型的工艺。进行了相关计算,确定了钢管弯曲方向与相贯线角度关系基准,以及钢管弯曲回弹角,给出了具体工艺流程。通过试验验证,相贯线切割及弯管工艺具有可行性和实用性,可以提升生产效率。
For the production and manufacturing of steel pipe frame of light off-road vehicle,a process of cutting the intersecting line first and pipe bending forming second was proposed.The relevant calculations were carried out to determine the relationship benchmark between the bending direction of the steel pipe and the angle of the intersecting line,as well as the bending rebound angle of the steel pipe,and the specific process flow was given.Through the test verification,the intersecting line cutting and pipe bending process is feasible and practical,which can improve the production efficiency.
