加减二陈汤治疗高脂血症临床疗效的meta分析

Meta-analysis of clinical effect of Erchen decoction on hyperlipidemia

目的:评价加减二陈汤治疗高脂血症的疗效,为其临证诊疗提供循证医学基础。方法:根据纳入、排除标准检索,以“二陈汤治疗高脂血症”为主题词,通过对国内外各类数据库文献资料进行筛选,对完成纳入后的文献使用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析,根据结果总结其临床疗效。结果:本研究共收纳10篇文章、1118例患者,实验组543例、对照组575例。结合meta分析可知,加减二陈汤对高脂血症具有明显的治疗作用(P<0.01)。结论:加减二陈汤治疗高脂血症临床使用效果良好,但仍需在临床实践中不断验证。

Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effect of Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia,so as to provide evidence�based medicine basis for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with the theme of“Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia”,the literatures from various databases at home and abroad were screened.Meta-analysis was performed on the included literatures using RevMan 5.3 software,and the clinical efficacy was summarized.Results:A total of 10 papers containing 1118 patients were involved in this study,including 543 cases in the experimental group and 575 cases in the control group.The results of meta-analysis revealed that Erchen decoction had obvious therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia(P<0.01).Conclusion:Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia has a good clinical effect,however,it still needs to be continuously verified in clinical practice.
