膝关节镜下自体腱重建交叉韧带术治疗膝关节损伤运动员的影响

Effect of Autologous Tendon Reconstruction of Cruciate Ligament Under Knee Arthroscopy on Athletes With Knee Joint Injuries

目的探讨膝关节损伤运动员采用膝关节镜下自体腱重建交叉韧带术治疗的效果及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年12月期间至福清市第三医院接受治疗的膝关节损伤运动员80例作为研究对象,随机将入选者分成对照组(传统开放手术,n=40)和观察组(膝关节镜下自体腱重建交叉韧带术治疗,n=40),记录评价组间膝关节功能、疼痛程度及手术各指标。结果组间数据对比可见,术前膝关节功能评分(anterior knee pain scale,AKS)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后半年,观察组患者的AKS评分明显高于组内术前及对照组术后半年,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后半年,与对照组疼痛评分(4.55±0.46)分相较,观察组疼痛评分(2.17±0.46)分缓解程度更佳,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=12.986,P<0.05);观察组各手术指标均明显优于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用膝关节镜下自体腱重建交叉韧带术为膝关节损伤运动员展开治疗后膝关节功能恢复效果理想,患者疼痛程度明显降低且手术各指标理想,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of the cruciate ligament using autologous tendons in athletes with knee joint injuries and its impact on knee joint function.Methods A total of eighty athletes with knee joint injuries who received treatment at Fuqing Third Hospital from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The participants were randomly divided into the control group(traditional open surgery,n=40)and the observation group(arthroscopic reconstruction of the cruciate ligament with autologous tendons,n=40).The knee joint function,pain level and surgical indicators between the two groups were recorded and evaluated.Results The comparison of inter group data showed that there was no statistically significant difference in preoperative anterior knee pain scale(AKS)scores(P>0.05).Six months after surgery,the AKS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the intra group preoperative and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Half a year after surgery,compared with the control group’s pain score(4.55±0.46)points,the observation group had a better pain relief score(2.17±0.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.986,P<0.05).The observation group had significantly better surgical indicators than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of knee arthroscopic reconstruction of the cruciate ligament with autologous tendons is used in the treatment of knee joint injuries in athletes.The recovery effect of knee joint function is ideal,the patient’s pain level is significantly reduced and the surgical indicators are ideal,which has promotion value.
