加强化学工程专业硕士培养的建议与对策

Suggestions and Countermeasures for Strengthening Master's Training in Chemical Engineering

文章以中国石油大学(北京)化学工程专业硕士就业去向和用人市场需求分析为基础,分析我国化学工程专业硕士培养现状,发现化学工程专业硕士培养存在盲目追逐科研热点、企业实践过程中对科研的重视程度不够、双导师培养运行机制不完善等问题。在此基础上,文章从倡导专业教育回归化工初心、加强科研与实践教育、进一步落实双导师制度等方面提出建议与对策,以期提升化学工程专业硕士培养质量。

Based on the analysis of the employment destination and employment market demand of chemical engineering masters in China University of Petroleum(Beijing),this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of chemical engineering masters in China.The results show that the cultivation of chemical engineering masters have some problems,such as pursuit the scientific and research hot blindly,paying insufficient attention to scientific research,and imperfect operation mechanism of the double tutor training system.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes that the professional education should return to the original intention of chemical engineering,the scientific research and practical education should be strengthened,and the double tutor system should be further implemented,so as to improve the quality of master's training in chemical engineering.
