摘要
肿瘤微环境和肿瘤代谢均是恶性肿瘤生长过程中不可或缺的组成部分。近年来不少研究得出,m 6A甲基化借用各种各样复杂的机制在恶性肿瘤中扮演着重要角色,m 6A是真核细胞内含量最广泛的RNA内部修饰,通过影响RNA加工、核输出、RNA翻译到衰变这些过程来参与RNA的代谢。本文就m 6A RNA甲基化修饰在肿瘤微环境和肿瘤代谢相关途径中的作用进行综述,旨在说明靶向m 6A在肿瘤发生发展中的重要性。
Tumor microenvironment and tumor metabolism are indispensable components in the growth process of malignant tumors.In recent years,many studies have concluded that m 6A methylation plays an important role in malignant tumors through various complex mechanisms.m 6A is the most extensive internal modification of RNA in eukaryotic cells,and participates in RNA metabolism by affecting RNA processing,nuclear export,RNA translation and decay.This article reviews the role of m 6A RNA methylation modification in tumor microenvironment and tumor metabolism related pathways,aiming to illustrate the importance of targeting m 6A in tumorigenesis and development.
