2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Lower Extremity Vascular Disease in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的影响因素。方法:选取2019年8月—2023年3月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者91例作为研究对象,根据下肢血管超声检查结果分为下肢血管病变组(n=56)和下肢血管未病变组(n=35)。比较两组临床资料,分析2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的影响因素。结果:下肢血管病变组年龄大于下肢血管未病变组,病程长于下肢血管未病变组,同型半胱氨酸水平高于下肢血管未病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄为2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄是2型糖尿病患者发生下肢血管病变的独立危险因素,且下肢血管病变患者糖尿病病程较长,同型半胱氨酸水平较高,临床应予以重视,控制和改善糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的发生、发展。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 91 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to lower limb vascular ultrasound examination,the patients were divided into lower extremity vascular disease group(n=56)and lower extremity nonvascular disease group(n=35).The clinical data were compared between two groups,and the influencing factors of lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were analyzed.Results:The age in lower extremity vascular disease group was higher than that in lower extremity non-vascular disease group,the course of disease in lower extremity vascular disease group was longer than that in lower extremity non-vascular disease group,and the level of homocysteine in lower extremity vascular disease group was higher than that in lower extremity non-vascular disease group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The age was the independent risk factors for lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age is an independent risk factor for lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.In addition,patients with lower extremity vascular disease have a long course of diabetes and high level of homocysteine,so clinical attention is required to control and improve the occurrence and development of lower extremity vascular disease in diabetic patients.
