半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Gastritis of Spleen Deficiency and Stomach Heat Type

目的:分析半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月北京市大兴区亦庄医院收治的76例脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表分法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、胃肠功能、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组反酸、胃痛、胃脘痞闷积分及肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组胃泌素、胃动素、SOD水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗脾虚胃热型慢性胃炎的临床效果显著,能够减轻患者不适症状与炎性反应,改善胃肠功能,调节SOD水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency and stomach heat type.Methods:A total of 76 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency and stomach heat type in Beijing Daxing District Yizhuang Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score,gastrointestinal function,superoxide dismutase(SOD)level,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of acid regurgitation,gastric pain,gastric congestion scores,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of gastrin,motilin and SOD in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency and stomach heat type has significant clinical effect,and can alleviate discomfort symptoms and inflammatory reactions,improve gastrointestinal function,regulate SOD levels,and have high safety.
